OUR RETURN POLICY: 30 DAYS

All of our bikes, parts and accessories can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery for an exchange or refund.

We offer a nice and long return period for all our bikes because the best way to know if the bike is right for you is to get out and ride it. 

Please note that it's easiest to return bikes directly to us at one of our stores. If this isn't possible, then we can provide details of how to book and pay for a collection from your address. The cost to return the item is the responsibility of the customer.

You can test ride your bike within this period, but please make sure to take good care of it. If you decide to return it, make sure it's in a clean, sellable condition and in its original packaging and box.

We hope you fall in love with your new bike or product, but we understand that sometimes things might not work out. Returning your bike or item is very easy and we are here to assist you with return shipping.

As we are a small independent bicycle maker, you can imagine why we can’t cover the cost of return shipping. Therefore, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns can be made directly at one of our stores or through a courier collection from your home or work address. We will be happy to provide assistance here.

While we expect the usual wear from a bike test ride, please make sure the bike comes back without significant signs of use, wear or visible damage, otherwise we won't be able to issue a full refund.

Our aim is to ensure every Temple bike finds its perfect match and to make sure you are confident purchasing.

Once we have received your bike or accessory, we will inspect it first and then issue a refund within 10 days.

A bike needs to be returned in a clean, sellable condition and in its original packaging and box.

Examples of significant signs of use, wear or visible damage are:

  • Scratches, scuffs or chips in the paint of the bike frame or any component.
  • Signs of wear or grinding on the cogs and gear mechanisms.
  • Loss of tread on the tyres.
  • Bikes that are returned with incorrect, damaged or insufficient packaging.
  • Bikes that are returned unclean.

Unfortunately, a full refund cannot be issued if any of the above points are found.
