30 DAY RETURNS - EASY
The best way to know if the bike is right for you is to get out and ride it!
All of our E bikes, parts and accessories can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery for an exchange or refund.
Please note that it's easiest to return bikes directly to us at one of our stores. If this isn't possible then we can arrange a collection from your address.
You can ride your bike within this period, but please make sure to take good care of it. If you decide to return it, make sure it's clean and in it's original packaging and box.

The cost to return items to us is the responsibly of the customer.
Returns of any E Bike will be subject to a re-stocking fee of £80, which covers our labour cost in assembling, assessing and tuning the bike.
Bikes must be packaged and returned to us in the same Temple box and protective materials as you received your order. Replacement packaging for the bike can be provided at a cost of £45.
We of course want you to be able to fully test your bicycle, so get out on your favourite ride and make sure you are 100% happy with it. We do however ask that, apart from the expected wear and tear from a few rides, that there is no other damage. We also require that the bike is clean.
We will be unable to issue full refunds for unclean, damaged or excessively worn bikes.
Once we have received your bike or accessory, we will inspect it first and then issue a refund within 10 days.
