All of our bikes come with a 5 year warranty for all mechanical parts and a 1-2 year warranty for electrical components. We pride ourselves in offering excellent customer service and rider support.
HOW WILL MY BIKE ARRIVE?
Shipping is free and upon arrival, your bike will be ready to ride within minutes. Your bike is shipped to you 95% pre-assembled. Each bike comes with a simple guide and the tools you need to carry out the final steps required. You can also choose to collect from our stores.
HELP WITH SIZING
We have kept out sizing simple and easy to understand. Our bikes come in three sizes. For smaller riders, we recommend the Step Through Electric.
Simply measure your height and use this to determine what bike size you require.
Classic Electric
Small = Rider Height 155cm - 169cm
Medium = Rider Height 170cm - 179cm
Large = Rider Height 180cm +
Step Through Electric
Small = Rider Height 160cm - 175cm
Medium = Rider Height 176cm +

BROOKS B17 LEATHER
The iconic leather saddle from Brooks. Constructed from premium leather, it will mold to you with use, becoming the most comfortable saddle you own. Made in Birmingham.
TEMPLE COMFORT VEGAN LEATHER
Our most comfortable saddle with extra padding, making it a good fit for everyone. Made from vegan leather.
BROOKS B17s LEATHER SADDLE
Very similar as the B17, but designed specifically for women.
