You can choose to have your bike shipped directly to you, it will arrive in our custom-made bike boxes. The bike itself will be 95% assembled. You'll just need to attach the pedals, adjust the handlebars and adjust the saddle height. Each bike ships with all the tools you need and a handy guide. It’s as easy as that. Tying in with our ‘Built to Last’ approach, making sure our bikes can be easily serviced is crucial to ensuring they stick around on the roads as long as possible. We’ve designed all of our bikes to be easily serviceable by any bike shop. That means that all spare parts are easily available and easy to fit. As we use our bikes, they do wear out and require servicing. It’s our aim for this to be as simple as possible.

If you’d prefer to buy through a partner store, take it there for aftercare or even warranty issues, then we have a growing network who are here to help you. This means that you can buy in confidence, knowing that support (if you need it) can always be nearby.
