Delivery Options:
When you checkout You can choose from the following delivery options:
- Worldwide courier delivery (£25)
- Collect from our London Store (free)
- Collect from our Bristol workshop (free)
If you collect from us, your bike will be ready to ride. If you choose courier delivery, you will need to carry out a simple assembly. See here for more details.
Returns:
All of our bikes, parts and accessories can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery for an exchange or refund.
Please note that it's easiest to return bikes directly to us at one of our stores. If this isn't possible then we can arrange a collection from your address.
You can ride your bike within this period, but please make sure to take good care of it. If you decide to return it, make sure it's clean and in it's original packaging and box.

HYDRAULIC DISC BRAKES

REMOVABLE BATTERY
A high capacity, discrete battery which integrates into the frame. When it needs to be charged, simply remove the battery with the release button, and charge in a convenient spot at home or at the office.

Ready to ride in minutes...
Delivery to you: If you choose to have your bike shipped directly to you, it will arrive in our custom-made bike boxes. The bike itself will be 95% assembled. You'll just need to attach the pedals, adjust the handlebars and adjust the saddle height. Each bike ships with all the tools you need and a handy guide.
Click and collect: When you checkout, you can shoose to click and collect from any of our locations. When you do this, the bike will be ready for you to ride straight away. Please note that there can be an additional waiting time for this service.
We send your bike to you directly from our warehouse in the UK or EU. The delivery estimate is stated by the add-to-cart button. If you are ordering a bike that is on pre-order or with special requirements (a bike not from our stock models), then delivery can take longer and this will be stated when you checkout or talk to us directly.
Yes you can attach all types of accessories to our bikes including child seats. We design our bikes with universal mounts and fitting standards, meaning you can customise your bike how you like at any point in the future.
